MEMANABEL ASSISTED LIVING HOME CARE provides monitoring for the administration of medications under the supervision of a licensed physician or a registered nurse.
Medications are essential for the care of seniors and can improve their quality of life, but when medications are not taken as directed, they can cause serious consequences. That’s why we make sure to help our resident manage their medications at all times. Our caregiver staff members collaborate with each physician and pharmacy as needed to support medication management.
Medication monitoring services include:
- Medication education based on diet, drug interactions, and diagnosis
- Subcutaneous medication
- Pain medication management
- Physician-ordered lab work
These services also include the purpose of how and when to take each medication, and how much of the medication each of our residents needed to take.
