Before being accepted as our care staff, they need to be screened thoroughly and should undergo extensive interviews, background checks, and licensed checks to identify their abilities and competencies and ensure the safety of our residents.
After hiring, they also have to go through an orientation and other comprehensive training as mandated by the State. Through these processes, we are confident that our staff members are reliable to fully meet your loved one’s needs.
